Non-Discrimination Notice

Enrollment will not be denied to any eligible applicant based on the basis of sex, race, religion, national origin, ancestry, pregnancy, marital or parental status, sexual orientation, or physical, mental, emotional or learning disability. The School will not discriminate in its pupil admissions policies or practices whether on the basis of intellectual or athletic ability, measures of achievement or aptitude, or any other basis that would be illegal if used by any public school.

This School is a community school established under Chapter 3314 of the Revised Code. The school is a public school and students enrolled and attending the school are required to take state-mandated assessments and other examinations prescribed by law. In addition, there may be other requirements for students at the schools that are prescribed by law. Students who have been excused from the compulsory attendance law for purposes of home education as defined by the Administrative Code shall no longer be excused for the purposes upon their enrollment in a community school.
